RETURNS & REFUNDS Bought too many boxes or the wrong size product? Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund under the following terms and conditions:
- All returns or exchanges MUST be new, unused, unopened and accompanied by a receipt.
- No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days from receipt date.
- All returns over $75.00 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- All local returns or exchanges can be made at our Denton Drive location. Pickup service for returns within the Austin, TX metro area is available for $50.00 per trip.
- No refunds or exchanges on special order and custom products.
- Customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for merchandise returned by USPS, UPS, FedEx or freight carrier.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on all canceled orders.
- No cash refunds. All refunds will be resolved by check, credit card refund or by in store credit only. No exceptions.
